Una coppia che da anni vive in questa grande casa circondata da un parco informale, facendo dell'ospitalità e dell'amore ed il rispetto della natura il centro dei propri interessi. Vi offriamo due camere ampie, tranquille e ben arredate, una matrimoniale ed una con letti gemelli (unibili), un comodo living con televisore e divano   e spazioso angolo colazione con cucina completamente attrezzata a vostra disposizione anche per l'eventuale preparazione di altri pasti, un romantico terrazzo dove potrete fare colazione, prendere il sole o guardare le stelle, un bagno grande ed attrezzatissimo con doccia e vasca, un sicuro posto auto e spazio coperto per le vostre bici e piccola area giochi nel parco per i più piccini.

L'accesso alle camere è del tutto indipendente.

La colazione, compresa nel prezzo, è una ricca colazione all'italiana con dolci, biscotti, frutta o succhi, marmellata, latte, cereali, yogurt e naturalmente tè e caffè a volontà. Con un piccolo supplemento potrete richiedere anche cibi salati o prodotti senza glutine.

La pulizia delle camere e del bagno è giornaliera, con cambio biancheria bisettimanale e ad ogni arrivo.

La fermata dell'autobus è, comunque, di fronte al nostro cancello.

Potrete entrare ed uscire a qualunque ora e la nostra presenza in casa è assicurata per almeno tre ore al giorno.

Un   couple qui depuis quelques années a choisi de vivre dans cette grande maison entourée d' un parc laissé presque au naturel et qui a fait de l'hospitalité et de l'amour et du respect de la nature le centre de ses intérêts. On vous offre deux chambres larges et tranquilles , une à grand lit et une à deux lits, qui peuvent être unis, un living confortable avec télé et sofa et un endroit spacieux pour le petit déjeuner avec une cuisine complètement équipée à votre disposition même pour préparer d'autres repas, une terrasse romantique où vous pourrez déjeuner, ou prendre le soleil ou regarder les étoiles, une salle de bain large et complète avec douche et baignoire, un parcage sûr et de l' espace même au couvert pour vos vélos et un petit endroit dans le parc pour les plus petits.

L'accès aux chambres est complètement indépendant.

Le petit déjeuner, compris dans le prix, est très riche et comprend, à votre choix, des gâteaux, des biscuits, du pain, des fruits, des sucs, des confitures, du beurre, des céréales, du lait, du yogourt et bien sur thé et café à volonté. Avec un petit supplément vous pourrez demander aussi des aliments salés ou des produits sans gluten.

Le ménage des chambres et de la salle de bain est quotidienne et le linge sera changé deux fois par semaine et à chaque nouvel arrive.

On parle italien, anglais, français et espagnol et on mettra à votre disposition des brochures dans toutes les langues.

On offre un service de navette   gratuite de et pour la gare de Bracciano aux hôtes qui n'ont pas leur voiture avec eux, mais l'arrêt du bus est justement devant notre portail.

We have been living here   for a few years in a big house surrounded by an informal park and considering hospitality and love and respect for nature a very important part of our lives.

We can offer you two large bedrooms, a double and a tween, quiet and well furnished, a comfortable living with TV and a sofa and a completely equipped kitchen with a table to have your breakfast ,where you could also prepare other meals. You will also have a romantic terrace at your disposition to have breakfast, to take the sun or just to have a rest   watching the stars.

The bathroom is large and complete, with both a shower and a tub. You can park your car in the garden and leave there your bikes, too. In the park there is a small playground for small children.     

Dish washing   

The B§B has a completely independent entrance and you can come and go as you like at any time.

Breakfast, included, is a very rich Italian breakfast with cakes, fresh bread, toast, biscuits, fruit or juices, yoghurt, milk, jam and marmalade and of course as much coffee and tea as you like. Paying a small supplement you can also ask for other kinds of food as for instance ham or   cheese or for gluten free food.

The cleaning is every day and the linen will be changed twice a week and at each arrival.

We'll meet guest coming by train at the station in Bracciano and the service from and to the station is free. Anyway a bus stop is just at our gate.

Our presence at home is assured for at least three hours a day and check in and check out can be at any time agreed.

bien amuebladas, un confortable living con televisor y sofá y un ancho espacio para el desajuno con una cocina completamente equipada a disposición de ustedes para prepararse tambien otras   comidas, una romantica terraza para tomar el desajuno, tomar el sol o bien mirar la estrellas, un quarto de baño grande y muy confortable con ducha y bañera, un aparcamento seguro y espacio cubierto para las bicicletas de ustedes y un pequeño espacio para los niños para jugar en el parque.

El ingreso es completamente independiente.

Las tarifas incluen un rico y abundante desajuno con pasteles, galletas, frutas, jugos, marmelada, leche, yogurt, cereales, té y café. Con un pequeño suplemento ustedes pueden   pedir comidas saladas tambien o comidas sin gluten.

El aseo de las habitaciones y del baño es cotidiano y el cambio de la ropa todos los tres dias y a cada llegada.

Ein Ehepaar, das seit Jahren in diesem großen von einem weitläufigen Park umgebene Haus lebt und das sich Gastfreundlichkeit und Liebe zur Natur zur natürlichen Aufgabe gemacht hat.

Wir bieten Ihnen zwei geräumige, ruhige und gut ausgestattete Zimmer, einen bequemen Wohnraum mit Fernseher, Sofa und einer geräumige Frühstücksecke mit komplett eingerichteter Küche, die Ihnen zur Verfügung steht (eventuell für die Zubereitung von Mittag-und Abendessen), eine romantische Terrasse, wo man frühstücken, sonnenbaden oder in den Sternenhimmel schauen kann, ein geräumiges , sehr gut ausgestattetes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, einen sicheren Parkplatz, einen überdachten Platz für Fahrräder und einen kleinen   Kinderspielplatz.

Die Zimmer sind alle frei und unabhängig voneinander zugänglich.

Das Frühstück, im Preis eingeschlossen, ist ein reiches , italienisches Frühstück, mit Kuchen, Keksen, Obst oder Saft, Marmelade, Milch, Getreide, Joghurt und natürlich soviel Tee oder Kaffee wie man will. Mit einem kleinen Zuschlag kann man auch salzige Speisen oder glutenfreie Produkte bekommen.

Die Zimmer und das Bad werden täglich geputzt, die Wäsche wird zweimal pro Woche gewechselt.

Geschirrspul

Außer Italienisch sprechen wir Englisch, Französisch und Spanisch. Infomaterial auch in anderen Sprachen verfügbar.

Den Gästen ohne Auto bieten wir eine kostenlose Shuttle-Verbindung vom/zum Bahnhof von Bracciano an.

In jedem Fall   befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle an der Straße direkt gegenüber dem Eingangstor.

Sie dürfen jeder Zeit ein- und ausgehen und wir garantieren unsere Anwesenheit mindestens drei Stunden am Tag.
